The current iPod nano, the fourth generation of this model was presented on 9 September 2008. This model is the thinnest iPod to date, with a sleek new design, a curved aluminum shell and glass, in nine bright colors. It also incorporates the new Genius technology that creates automatic playlists of songs that best combine your library.

Among the new features of the iPod nano is the new user interface, a high-resolution landscape screen and a built-in accelerometer that by moving it automatically activates Cover Flow, Shuffle mode and returns to a slight movement.

The battery of the new iPod nano holds up to 24 hours of music or 4 hours of continuous video and is available in an 8GB model for 139 € and a 16GB model for 189 €. Both models are available in nine colors: silver, purple, blue, green, orange, yellow, pink, red and black.
