iPod touch
The third-generation iPod touch was introduced on 9 September 2009.
Here is the expected new iPod touch, touch screen and all the features of its big brother, the iPhone 3GS, minus the phone, camera, and GPS. The outer casing has the same form, with the volume buttons and built-in speaker.
The interface and navigation are the same as we see in the iPhone. Here is our great in-depth analysis of all iPod touch features of the previous generation:
These are some of its features:
Large touch screen, 3.5-inch widescreen.
Only 8.5 millimeters thick.
It has multitouch and pinch to enlarge the photos, like the iPhone.
CoverFlow presentation (display of covers), as in the iPhone.
WiFi.
Safari Web browser.
Accelerometer detects the position of the apparatus, useful for games.
Battery: 36 hours audio, 6 hours of video.
And of course the best feature of the iPod touch is that you can buy thousands of games and applications on the App Store, as with the iPhone 3G. In addition, many are free.
