Augmented Reality, a reality today

Every time we talk about augmented reality solutions that are available for mobile, as Layar which opened its iPhone platform to third parties or Nokia Point & Find, we imagine dozens of applications or services. Today we see a new feature in this exciting business and market in mobile augmented reality.
The application allows us to see traffic data in real time, including radar traps for speeding, the views of the public security cameras, and even see the annotations of other users on the path that we are passing. You just have to point the camera toward the path of the cell and wait for available updates in real time.
With one click you can see the most recent image taken by security cameras or transit, as a prediction of the state of the road we tread, to help in choosing the path or route.
Today is only available for Toronto in Canada and for computers with Android, but we look forward very much to see the ingenuity in the latest applications and services the sum of augmented reality, we have for today’s smartphones.
